How are products shipped?
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered in a timely manner. Due to various fulfillment locations, shipping methods, and item availability, some items may ship separately. Your order should ship within 48 hours unless otherwise notified.
(This does not apply to wooden dummies which have a manufacturing time of approximately 7-8 weeks.) Most of our items ship standard ground via UPS (2-7 business days). The following methods may also be used:

USPS Domestic, APO, FPO (3-7 business days)

FedEx Ground (wooden dummies only 3-7 days)

USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days)

USPS Express Mail International (3-5 days)

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and all international locations may incur additional charges which will be charged at the time of shipment automatically. If you prefer to get a shipping quote before placing your order, please contact us.**
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders. Tracking and order status information is also available on your order details page.
How do I know my shipping & handling charges?
Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and there is no sales tax. You may view your estimated shipping & handling charges by using the shopping cart on the sidebar. Simply add your items to your shopping cart, enter your zip code, and click the "estimate" button. Please note, this only works for domestic shipping. For international shipping quotes, add items to your shopping cart then click "view/edit cart" where you will be able to enter your zip code for a quote.
