This non-abrasive rope is the best choice for partner training in cases where you may lose your grip and the rope is pulled out of your hands by your partner. By adding a partner to your rope training, you double the difficulty and result due to the added partner resistance.  Partner training will also increase your balance and your base while helping you and your partner to develop the ability to change your movement and direction of your arms dynamically.  This training will increase your hand speed, coordination, grip strength, timing, and muscular & cardiovascular endurance.
