Just load the weight tray at rear of the platform with either 200 lbs. of sand bags, cinder blocks or metal weights

All of our stands have height adjustments allowing you to adjust the dummy for your specific height

Stand includes four 3/4" plates allowing height adjustment from 58" to 511". Taller stand is available for those over 511" for an additional $30.
