I just installed my 3 sectional and single bag, and they are already taking a beating. I used the 3 sectional as 3 main targets face, chest, and stomach, and the single I dropped lower to work groin strikes. I can tell these bags are well made. I actually added 2 washers to each lag bolt to hold the bag in place with some give to each grommet, one washer in front and one in back. It was super easy to install and I can tell already my hands are gonna get the conditioning I need. Thanks again!!
