Take a sneak peek at our manufacturing process!
"This is one of the best overall dummies I have trained on in 10 years of studying Kung-Fu. This new recoil design is perfect for someone who does not have the wall space for the wall mounted ones. The custom symbols and the choice of wood color make this also one of the most attractive and high quality looking ones on the market. You will not be disappointed! Plain and simple, these dummies are awesome."- Doug

What are the shipping costs?
Flat shipping rates for each dummy are listed on each dummy description page.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we ship to the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
How are the dummies made?
All of our wooden dummies are beautifully handcrafted with a solid Douglas Fir core and a 1.5″ thick outer layer of Ash. Ash is as hard as red oak and is used in the manufacturing of baseball bats and axe handles. The outer layer of Ash makes our trunks much more resilient to surface cracking! Dummy bodies are constructed of nine boards, glued and pressed together. This is similar to plywood and is less likely to split or crack. All dummies (and most stands) are available in a variety of beautiful finishes and include three coats of high gloss furniture grade polyurethane. An optional custom symbol, logo or artwork can be added to your dummy body for a small additional fee.
Can I use my dummy outside?
Yes. Each dummy body includes a 12″ deep removable block in the core which can be removed to allow the dummy to be moved from a wallmount stand to a freestand or to a 4×4 outdoor post. Note: As with any finished furniture, your dummy should not be left outside for long periods of time as rain and sun will eventually discolor and damage the wood.
Should I be concerned about stability?
No. The dummy body with limbs weights 85 lbs. Then you have the stand weight depending on which stand you get. We use Douglas Fir for the dummy core then cover it with Ash. So this makes it lighter than some other dummies, but the 9 board lamination process and the ash makes it VERY strong and stable.
Can any of your dummy bodies be used with any of your stands?
Yes. Our dummy bodies are made with specific notched holes to allow them to be mixed & matched with any of our stands.
Can I use your dummy bodies w/ a stand I already have?
No. Our dummy bodies are designed to be used with our stands only. This would work only if you were building a stand after you receive your dummy body.
Can I use your stands with a dummy body I already have?
No. Our dummy stands are designed to work specifically with our dummies bodies only.
Is the freestanding dummy "dead" or does it have some give/recoil when struck?
Yes, the freestands are live/dynamic dummies with plenty of flex. It does not have the same flexing feel that the wall mount has with the horizontal supports.
