Return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days provided the item is in resalable condition. This return policy excludes wooden dummies & wooden dummy accessories. For these items only exchanges are accepted. Refunds are credited in the same form as the original payment type and will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase will be in the form of a web site credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is returned due to a defect or an error on our part. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part. Return shipping charges for item exchanges must be pre-paid prior to shipment of the new item.

To return or exchange your item:

Please contact us at customerservice@immortalmartialarts.com to alert us of the return/exchange. Package the item along with the original packaging materials. We will be unable to process a refund if the item is damaged. Include a copy of your original order with the reason for the return and what you would like us to do (i.e. refund, exchange). Please mail your package using a prepaid, traceable method (we suggest UPS or USPS Priority Mail) to the address below.

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days provided the item is in resalable condition. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. The use of our products for something other than what they were designed for nullifies this warranty. Wooden dummies are not included in this warranty as there are no returns on these items -- exchanges only.

We offer a limited 3 year replacement warranty on arms & legs only. Replacement of arm or leg is available within 3 years of purchase date should a breakage occur only if the dummy was used inside. Arm or leg must be returned to receive a replacement and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. New arm or leg will be shipped at no charge to customer. Minor body cracks are not covered.
